Payment Policy

  • You can make payments through various methods like credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments. We have integrated secure payment gateways to ensure secure financial transactions.

Reservation & Deposit Payment

  • In order to confirm your reservation at Ayurveda Healing Ashram, we request you make 25% of the payment in advance. Please understand that we have many inquiries, and the advance payment policy ensures that the requested services are provided to our clients and avoids confusion upon arrival.
  • When you check in for treatment at Ayurveda Healing Ashram, the remaining amount must be paid.
  • When you arrive at the front desk, you are requested to pay the additional currency conversion amounts, bank fees, or transaction/transfer fees.

Refund Policy

Please send an email to to cancel or amend the booking. You will undoubtedly receive a confirmation email shortly.

  • Booking amendments or cancellations will be subject to retention charges, which are a percentage of the total booking cost. These charges are applied to cover administrative and operational costs incurred due to the changes or cancellations.We cannot refund the deposit payment under any circumstances. Please plan well before booking. The advance payment cannot be reimbursed even when you cancel the booking for Ayurveda treatment at Ayurveda Headling AShram.
  • If you have made the complete payment in advance, we can reimburse you a partial amount depending on the following conditions,

-99% of the payment, for cancellations more than eight weeks before the treatment date. We will deduct the bank transfer charges, which typically range from 1% to 3% of the total transaction amount, depending on your bank’s policies.

-50% of the payment, only when you cancel the booking 30 – 59 days before the retreat start date, after deducting bank transaction charges.

-We cannot arrange a refund if the Ayurveda treatments have started at Ayurveda Healing Ashram.


  1. Cash refunds are not a possibility. Refunds are processed through the company bank account, regardless of your mode of payment.
  2. Refunds are typically processed and issued within 3 to 4 weeks from the cancellation date.
  3. All refunds will be made in Indian Rupees as the Reserve Bank of India does not permit remittance in foreign exchange.

Dispute of Payment

In case of any payment disputes between you and Sivasoorya Ayuryoga Healing Ashram Pvt. Ltd., our team will strive to settle the issue amicably without involving any third parties. We are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent payment process.
