Our subconscious mind has memories of all past experiences stored in it, and this can be used to resolve our problems. Yoga mind therapy makes use of yoga nidra to access the subconscious mind and reach the source of key memories at the root of the issues. Suggestions given under yoga nidra are more readily accepted and beneficial changes are produced in the perception, which then produces the desired changes at the physical level.
